This is not a book about becoming a better conversationalist with one other person but rather how to openly dialogue in a grouping for business purposes. I wasn't too impress with the book because I didn't quite sympathize the purpose (business organisation settings) before ordering (that's my bad), considering I don't recall I accept too much of an event listening to others during a business meeting and finally because fifty-fifty though I concord with the oneness stuff on a philosophical and scientific level that'southward not how modern capitalism functions.
